I honestly never thought about going to this place. My co workers and I wanted to have dinner and hey picked this place. It was in a great location, the environment was amazing. The workers were sweet, our cashier, Joe was a big sweetheart and very helpful. The burger meat was juicy and had so much flavor. I absolutely enjoyed it and will be back. Oh! And they have nice bathrooms they are so clean.

I went here tonight b/c it was the closest restaurant in walking distance from my hotel. The menu is pretty simple but that's the point. The ingredients were fresh and you could tell. The burgers had a decent flavor and were almost a little tough. The bun was pretty good. I like how they brand it with their logo. The fries were of the hand cut variety, which I do enjoy, and were very plentiful. They serve beer here which is cool. They have about 5-6 on tap. They had one of my state beers so I ordered that to get a little taste of home. In total I ordered the Burgerfi Cheeseburger with white cheddar and grilled onions, regular fry, beer, and a bottled water equaling to about $18. FYI, they serve their beer in a plastic cup. BLEH!

I'm a tourist and it's my first visit to BurgerFi. I ask if they have a salad. Jose advises they don't. Another employee approaches and I ask if I can have lettuce on the side...they both bust out in laughter. Okkkkk....Did I miss the joke? I continued to order...they continued to laugh. IJS...it's a bit off puttin' when you're ordering your food and the people taking your order are laughing hysterically at lettuce on the side. SMH. Both of our burgers were missing requested toppings and the toppings were scarce. To his credit, Jose redeemed himself by coming over and asking if everything was ok and if we had enough lettuce (no laughter this time) and providing us the missing toppings. The burgers tasted better than they looked. BurgerFi reminds me of Five Guys (limited menu) but not quite as good and with less toppings on your burger. So, if you're serious about your onions, I suggest you make it known as those 6 pieces might not satisfy your taste buds. City Place is a good location, with lots to do. They are worth a try, for a burger, if you're in the area.

BurgerFi is tucked off in that deadly block of Rosemary that seems to eat stores, even the good ones. Parking is pretty much the cityplace garage and you have to be committed to walking over there, so it's not the easy in-out of most BF locations, which may explain why it often is a little under-populated at lunch. On the food side, though, the BurgerFi people have a very winning formula for South Florida: The quality of great ingredients, fresh meat, a great veggie patty for the grasseaters, fresh fries, oversize thick onion rings and custards, etc. Combine that with a nice upscale eatery that doesn't have arches or a crown that serves beer and wine and parents can feel like they're having a decent meal out with the kids, and younger people can feel like it qualifies as a date night. They not only give places like Shake Shack and the smallfry like Shula Burger in the upscale burger game a run for their money, they are the, pun intended, "Burger King" of the market. Each unit is only as good as the people working at it, though. Fortunately for West Palmians this is one of the best-run in the chain. So it's WORTH not motoring down to PDQ or Mickey Ds on Okeechobee. Deduct the six lights and 15 minutes of traffic for the 4-5 min park and walk and get yourself over to BurgerFi. If you're feeling guilty about the custard, join the LA Fitness next door. Win-win.

Love the seasonal beer selection for a burger spot. Service is impeccable and decor is dope. I had a burger and some blueberry beer that was a perfect combination. Will come back for sure. Prices reasonable and food (meat) was perfect.

Craving a burger? Stop in here if you're in the Cityplace area of downtown West Palm Beach. The service was friendly and quick. The staff brings your food out by pinpointing the homing beacon given to you when you order. It was very clean and lots of seating is available. The prices are reasonable for what it is. Each burger is made fresh to order and the environmental concept they have is awesome. The tables are compressed recycled wood and the chairs are made from recycled Coke bottles. How neat is that? Not only are they helping the environment, but they serve good food. The menu has natural burgers as well as create-your-own burgers. There are hot dogs, fries, onion rings, drinks, and custards available too. A bunch of different toppings for whatever your heart desires. The breakfast all day burger was very tempting, but I settled for the double burger with the BurgerFi sauce and a side of fries. It was alright and I couldn't see much difference in the taste of it. I could have probably got the same burger at a local fast food joint. The fries filled me up so quickly that I had to throw away half of them since it was so much. The Coke freestyle machine is one of my favorites anywhere I go since I can choose from a bunch of different flavors for my thirsty taste buds. I probably could have got one of the custards they offer, but I wanted to zip out of there before I consumed any more calories.

So I am not a vegetarian by any means but I was told the veggie burger here was good...nailed it! Served on a multigrain bun this veggie quinoa burger was so good. It had a meaty texture with a slight crispness of toasted quinoa. Just a really well made burger anyone, carnivores and herbivores alike can enjoy. As a side I opted for the onion rings. Be prepared, these rings are huge! I loved them because when you bite into them, the whole onion doesn't pull right out leaving you with a handful of breading. Breaded onion in every bite. I love that this place has a great variety of beers, bottled, canned and tapped. I went with a pear cider they had on tap. It was so refreshing and had a hint of lychee flavor which won me right over. I recommend this place for fun casual dinning.
(4)Zee E.
The fries are pretty good but the patties in the burgers are always oddly mushy. I've been here about three times and my experiences have been the same each time. I'm in no rush to visit this place again.
(3)Alexis K.
The most delicious, juicy, fresh burger I've ever had. Service was friendly & quick. Our parmesan cheese & herbs fries were yummy, too!! Very clean & good music. Awesome place!
(5)Trey B.
I was not impressed. For such hyped up burger joint that claims you will notice the burgerfi difference, they where not great. Now I am not judging this on the scale of a premium burger joint, because they certainly aren't, there are more in the league of restaurants like bagger Dave's and five guys burgers. though even in this league of "gut rot" burgers (meaning your stomachs never happy with you afterwards haha), they were not very good. At least with the other mentioned restaurants you really enjoy the burger before you get the gut rot haha, here not so much just a bland greasy burger. Granted this place might be a great drunk fix but that's about it.

After hearing great things about this place and checking their menu online I figured this would be my next "date night" pick. My boyfriend and I both love burgers and are always looking for great burger spots. This place has a great location at City Place and I thought it would be perfect to visit before we hit the town. The place has a fabulous sounding menu and a very friendly wait staff. The decor is very modern and simple. The place is very, very clean and has those super cool soda machines that you can pick whatever soda you may want (or want to try for the first time.) The menu also states that these are healthier burgers made from better beef and stored in a better way (or something, it's a burger, I'm not here to lose weight but it did make me feel at ease. Nice touch.) We ordered two basic burgers, a PBR (nice price,) an angry orchard and the fries/onion ring combo thing. It came out to a whopping $40. I honestly was shocked how expensive this all came out, with tip it came to like $50. $50 for two burgers and one low class beer (the angry orchard I expected to be pricy.) The onion rings are very very large and I didn't even bother trying one because I didn't want to get it all over my dress. The French fries are SO good. They're small, Crispy and they don't make a huge mess. The burgers are huge, the buns are soggy and the burger begins to fall apart after the first bite. This made my meal messy and dreadful. I couldn't taste any of the condiments or lettuce. It just tasted like ... Meat. Nothing but soggy meat. Great. My PBR was a tall boy can, can't really say I'm a great beer picker but the PBR paired with the amazing French fries was fabulous. I don't think I'd ever visit again, it wasn't a particularly bad experience and it wasn't the worst burger I've ever had but I'd rather not spend an outrageous wad of cash on an "okay" burger. The five guys burgers are far superior and they don't cost me an arm and a leg. I'd say skip it.
(3)Rick D.
As I have said with all of these trendy BURGER Places (whatever you may call them) I feel the same as being Mugged by 5 Guys. You can go to Hardees ( No Fancy Ambiance) and buy the $6 burger and have quality for a 1/3 the price of these joints and just as good in my opinion ( In some cases better). If you are going to pay this price go to Ted's and get the ambiance along with a wonderful Burger (Bison/Beef) for the same price. Burger was not bad but the pricing structure takes the fun out of enjoying the burger, especially when I know the burger at Hardees is just as good without the edd they offer at Burgerfi..LOL It is cool, hip, Fries are decent.
(3)Charles G.
Great spot in city place and it is clean. Good food and they sure know how to pile on the fries. You won't be disappointed. This is a great lunch or relax dinner spot. Nothing fancy except for grass feed beef, which all the burgers are made from. Enjoy!!
(4)Bill B.
This was my first time here and the burgers were outstanding. The sweet potato fries were equally good. The price was right, the service was great and the place was clean. They had a buy one beer and get another free which I jumped on. If you haven't been here, you gotta try the place.
(4)Donna A.
Yummy burgers! They had all the fixings and cheese that I love! The fries are amazing!! Great beer selection too. We came with a group of 7 and they promptly took our order and the food came out quickly. Can't want to go to the new location they opened by my home.
(4)Katherine S.
The burger was tiny. And the taste was on par with Wendy's. The fries were soft and unremarkable. They have those new Coca Cola digital soft drink machines for a wide variety of beverages. I didn't try the ice cream. I actually ordered a second burger because I wasn't full after the first one. I wouldn't go back for another visit.

One day this little gnome found himself roaming around downtown craving a burger with some cheese. Me short little legs led me to BurgerFi. I've seen other stores, or maybe it's just because I"m like a foot tall, but I could already tell this place was bigger than usual. Great. More steps to piddle paddle up to the register in the faaar back. Here's what this place has got. Better beef than McDonald's and more options than a Vegas style buffet. This is great. Nothing is better than a simplified menu with the ability to customize your burger just the way you like it. The burger tasted great - of course it did because I picked it - but it was also well seasoned. While the service was friendly and the restaurant was clean here's a downfall. The burger was about as big as my head. My head, not yours. I was expecting a bigger burger for the price - but at least it was delicious. Still left satisfied and not like I had been ripped off. Just know it's a buck or two more than normal but again this is not fast food. It's made fresh and to order. I say give them a try and make up your own opinion.
(3)Charlene U.
Ordered a Burgerfi cheeseburger to go last night. Really tasty burger. Their burgers were smaller than I thought, but very tasty. Their ethical message also appeals to me. Everyone seemed pretty happy working there too, which I appreciate from having worked in the food service industry myself. They also sell bottles of Boylan ginger ale which I love! Would definitely come here again for a quick burger!
(5)J R.
The service was beyond great! The guy taking our order was patient enough to wait and help us while we decided what amazing toppings to choose for our burgers. The portions are huge and the options of topping are amazing. I loved that they had chips as an option for the toppings can't wait to go back! I wish there was delivery so I could order all the time!!
(5)Erica B.
Very good 1st trip. I ordered the supreme burger and urban fries from the secret menu, which I only knew about from reading other reviews. Food was good. Fries were loaded with Parmesan. Wish we could've stayed to try out the dessert menu! Food came out quickly and it was exactly as ordered.
(4)Robert C.
Really good burgers. The first time I visited they had a beer on tap that you would think is really bad. It was flavored with ginger and grapefruit. YUCK right? Wrong! - It was so good that I went back and back and back - (that's 3 times) They haven't had that beer back... Oh well - Anybody can make a burger... They're good but...
(3)Les M.
Love this place, been there few times now. Usually get the cheeseburger and garlic fries. We had the shakes too which were very good as well! Usually pretty busy, you can call ahead and place the order if you don't want to wait in that long line. Def recommend trying this place!
(4)Trent S.
To quote my man Jules. "That is a tasty burger!" Really happy it's open in city place. Great to have it in the area.
(5)Chris P.
The word that sticks in my mind after visiting BurgerFi is "shiny". It's probably no coincidence that the one located in West Palm Beach is right next to LA Fitness. Comfort food with a side order of guilt when you walk out the door. BurgerFi is another of a long line of restaurants in the vein of Chipotle and Panera Bread which offer walk-up upscale food. That way you can spend more on food and less on table service. I found the restaurant to be clean almost to the point it shined and the staff was patient and friendly. My only critique of the service is they were short staffed over the lunch rush with only one check stand open. The line got pretty long more than once while I was there. BurgerFi has a wide assortment of burgers and hotdogs and I probably saw as many dogs as hamburgers going out to the upscale lunch crowd. I went for the basic BurgerFi burger and a regular onion rings. That and a bottle of water set me back $12.04. The burger was prepared to near perfection. Maybe a little small considering the prices but definitely high quality. The beef was hot and juicy, though the patties are very much smaller than the ones they use in their ads. The bun was toasted to perfection and the lettuce and tomato actually looked like real lettuce and a decent size slice of tomato, plus the BurgerFi sauce which they did not overdue. Sometimes fast food places will drowned your burger in special sauce but not at BurgerFi. The onion rings were huge. Don't get a large order unless you're feeding three people. The onions rings were maybe the slightest bit greasy, but I still give the food high marks for quality with the exception of the very large discrepancy on the patty size mentioned above. I really like the little order homing beacon they give you to put on a charging mat in the center of the table. Sit anywhere you want and your food finds you as if by magic. I give BurgerFi high marks and plan on playing them off against Hamburger Heaven and Grease in a head to head contest for the best burger downtown.
(4)Barbara A.
This place is ok if you like overcooked burgers. I am a fan of medium burgers with some pink in the middle. It's another five guys. Nothing special. Go somewhere they cook to order.
(2)Jennifer W.
Another entry into one of my favorite food subgenres: the fatty veggie burger. The VeggieFi burger is crazy good, probably one of my favorites of all time. The Cry and Fry (onion rings and fries combo) was awesome, too, but way too much food for one or maybe even two to four people to eat on top of the giant burgers, so order wisely!
(5)Amanda R.
We have been looking forward to this opening up in city place. My first choice would have been an elevation burger but they seem to be having a tough time as a chain here in FL. I've been to their location in Coral Springs as well as Delray and have had cheeseburgers, veggie burgers and the breakfast burger aka BAD Burger. Today I decided o get their original double patty hamburger and I am glad I did. The lack of extras really allowed me to have a pure burger experience. So juicy. We will be back. They give you an insane amount of fries.
(4)Adam R.
The best burger place inside and around city place. I had this place my first day after moving to West Palm Beach, and have continual found this place one of my haunts for a quick pick up to bring home. It's not shake Shack (45 minutes away... way to far to go to) but it's as close as it gets to that. I've had a majority of the items here- try the secret menu is what I have to say- if not? Enjoy their normal menu. Their double cheese burger just hits the spot with the right amount (meaning a lot) of gooey cheese, and the meat is superb for what people regard as a fast food establishment. If you're going for a burger, and live, or are in the area, go here. It's a safe bet, and the price is reasonable for a sit down- not fast food priced. The other items people go for, is the milk shake, which I'd say is very good, best for miles around- but, if you don't care for calories, and love ice cream.. get a concrete. My personal favorite is the chocolate concrete, you can never go wrong with this. I wish their were more BurgerFi's in this world, but I think my wish will be granted, as they are opening up everywhere now, thanks to the high quality of food and great customer service. Also- Even the veggie burger is good, and thats not a joke
(5)Ben S.
Decent burger. Service was good until I asked for BBQ sauce. Then stood there, stood there, watched 3 employees chat right in front of me, stood there some more. Eventually got the sauce. Why do they fill a tiny cup only 1/3 of the way anyway? Burger was good, but they only cook well done. Fried were limp, dark and greasy. Milk shake was excellent. $21 for 2 people.
(3)Benjamin I.
Great burgers, excellent chili cheese fries, cold beers, onion rings that are humongous. Good interior and exterior atmosphere. Priced comparable to other quality burger joints.
(4)Rebecca W.
I have no idea yet whether or not the food is good. It does look good...BUT, The two girls making shakes and ice cream beverages are painfully slow and inefficient. I've been here 20 minutes waiting for my shake and they are hard to watch. They make uncertain movements and look confused and befuddled. They need better training or they need to hire new help.
(2)Eddie A.
Very disappointed ordered their BurgerFi with cheese they brought me plain cheese burger asked to change it and bring me the one with letters and tomato an sauce store manager bring me topping on the side and said sorry cashier missed understand I wasn't happy about the whole thing and we just ate make sure you explains your self right to the cashier Fires was dry and cold
(1)Kevin B.
Loved it. Fantastic burger and you can fashion it your way. Flat style fried burger which I always get green style, but the potato bun is ridiculously good. Quick service and generally good service. Also the Cajun fries are delicious, my wife loves the salt and vinegar.

Natural. Organic. Green. My sons' favorite restaurant. Excellent fries and custard. The burgers are incredible. It's our family restaurant. They're all over SoFla, and just heard coming to Caesars Palace in Vegas!

This place is absolutely amazing, it always hits the spot! The staff here are super polite and friendly. I usually order their veggie burger and an order of their cajun fries; the burger is far by the best chain-made veggie burger out there, and the fries are insanely addictive. If you like nice crisp and flavorful fries, this place is the place for you (Sorry to those weird limp fry lovers out there...but hey, there is always Five Guys for you folks). Their garlic mayo dipping sauce is also quite special and worth trying. Lastly, if you're worried about the price, just ask a friend or check the mail for some of their wonderful coupons (I usually get them in my mail on a bi-weekly basis).

Nothing to write home about, though probably due to an inexperienced staff. Our cashier was terminally distracted; he could barely take our order and then managed to get it wrong even after we repeated it. The cheese-and-chili hot dog superfund site left a lot to be desired in presentation and taste. My dining companion has a proclivity toward meat cooked to within an inch of ashing, so I was already destined to be unimpressed with the burger, but it really looked like a sad piece of meat. Their burgers are only cooked to medium or better, so the patties are probably frozen/costco. A better burger BY FAR can be had at Grease, Hullaballoo or Relish -- and for the same price!

Pretty good food but a bit on the spendy side for a quick bite. My husband and I have been there twice and after a burger, fries and soda its a 40$ bill. I do have to say the quinoa burger is amazing and the fries are pretty good just don't add the chili cheese, my husband was not a fan. Overall great addition to City Place we will go back.

It's a decent burger for West Palm Beach but, it ain't no Shake shack. Their fries are too salty .

Hands down some of the best "fast casual" food I have had. I never leave their disappointed. Burgers always taste great and with so many options, you can't go wrong. It's only downfall seems to be the wait for the food.

My favorite things about burgerfi = the hospitality, the craft beer selection and of course the delicious food! The staff always seems really upbeat and like they're actually having fun working! The build your burger is my favorite option! You can get creative with things like mushrooms, a fried egg, or even an onion ring on your burger. They also have both draft beers and bottles with a great rotating selection. Don't forget to save room for dessert - the custard is kick a**!

The place has great burgers I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries with a red velvet milk shake . Nice and friendly staff my only problem was they charged my card twice days later I had to call my bank and go through a lot to get my money back next time I'll just use cash

I could have gone to Wendy's and purchased a better burger for less, and it would have been bigger. 30 dollars for 3 burgers, 1 order of fries, and 2 drinks. I think not.

I went for the first time recently and definitely enjoyed it! The restaurant itself is extremely clean and well organized and the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious!

This burger fi is one of the larger ones I have seen. We went with a a large group and we were able to sit in one of the bigger tables all together. I got the burger fi cheeseburger and added an egg to it and it was fantastic. We also got the Parmesan fries which were really tasty and big enough to share. We will definitely come back again.

Went on a Friday night. Hubby had the breakfast burger which he loved. I had the cheeseburger with white cheddar and diced onions. It was good but not In-N-Out good. I"m from the west coast so this was ok. I'm giving it four stars since the service was good and bathrooms clean. We got coupons in the mail too so there was that incentive. I think this place will get very crowded and busy after a while. We went when they have only been open for a week and half.

I live close by top this place and decided to give it a try when my daughter visited. As I was standing on line to order, 2 different people came up to complain that the order was wrong, and 1 complained that he was overcharged. My daughter and I were eating in, but I was planning to buy another burger to go. I asked if it was ok to pay for the entire order and keep the one to go warm until we finished. The cashier looked at me like I had 2 heads, so I realized the question was too hard to understand and let it go. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with bacon and sauce on the side, 1 side order 1 coke, and 1 beer. She got my order right and took my $5.00 off coupon for a total of $28.00+ dollars. The burgers tasted like Wendy type fast food burgers and the fries were okay. I decided to order the same to go for my husband because I didn't want to get in the car to drive a few blocks to the place where he likes his burgers from. I ordered the same thing as before... a double cheese burger with bacon, except I didn't want the sauce, so I said with no sauce. I picked up my burger and noticed I was charged a dollar more for the burger. Normally, I don't bother with a dollar more in a charge, but this time, I decided to question it. I spoke to someone other than the cashier, so I'm assuming he might have been a manager. The guy was rude, and basically told me it was in I ordered the burger that the cashier got it wrong. He said it was rung up the way she heard it. Let's see, how many ways are there to order a double cheese burger with bacon and leave off the sauce please? He rambled and very annoyed, saying that it was all the cashier's fault as she stood right beside him! He told the cashier to give her (me) a dollar back several times, and when she disregarded what he said, he took my receipt and told me he was giving me a dollar back on my credit card. I told him, it wasn't about the dollar, but the fact that I was charged differently for the same order. I left and told my daughter I would never come back to this establishment because of the customer service. Today, I looked at my bank statement and noticed the dollar that he was supposed to refund, was actually added on, therefore, I now have paid an extra $2.00 for that same burger! Next time, I will get in the car and go to Wendy's, if I want fast food, or go to my usual place where I not only get great customer service, but get the burger made the way I want, and get fries on side to boot!

Not impressed at all. I decided to build my burger. 6 bucks ( bread n patty) would you like to add cheese? ( add 1 dollar) would you like to add bacon? ( add 1.50) would like to add fries or onion rings? ( add 5.00 dollars ) would you like to season your fries or onion rings? ( add 1 dollar) Now what would you like to drink? ( add 3.00 dollars ) after this quick lesson of capitalism, i thought i would have to ( add 1 dollar) to sit down but no.. sitting was free. I Was hyped up with this 17.50 plus tax and tip burger that was on its way. 20 minutes later. There she is ..... I sat on my table for the first bite.....( drum roll please..) Tasted like propane gas... Not sure if they had just changed the tank or what.... Ive heard some people like gas flavor on their food but Gas burgers are not my type of thing. I shouldve given the 17.50 plus tax and tip , to a hobo on the street or put them on a charity bin somewhere. I would've felt better,

I ordered a bacon cheese burger, the alternative fries (from the secret menu), and a soda, the total bill was $16 which is very expensive burger and fries for the area. The burger was excellently prepared, cooked perfectly. The fries were not prepared according to their "secret menu" description (btw for secret menu items just ask the cashier and they will hand you the secret menu) They were ok, but nothing i would return for. I was told the cheese fries and the Parmesan fries are good, but will not have an opportunity to try them. The food is pretty good, but the price is just too expensive for a burger and fries so i will not be returning. The service is pretty quick, and the restaurant is clean. I would give them some time before bringing larger parties there though (they have plenty of seating) as its obvious they're still struggling to handle orders timely.

Great atmosphere. Ordered the BurgerFi cheeseburger and it was pretty good. BurgerFi Sauce is a great addition I think, to any burger you create. Easy menu, wide options, and the shakes.... I had the red velvet shake and was wonderful and oh so luscious with real red velvet cake in it. Finally a shake that mixes things evenly so cake doesn't get stuck in the straw! I think next time I'm going to try their coffee mocha shake. Ashley came over and asked me how everything was so that was a nice touch. Even got the part about thanking me for coming and invited me back! That's customer service 101. Take a chance and stop in. Yes, there are burgers out there that are probably more amazing, but Cityplace needed a great burger joint and that's what they have. Bring your friends, make your own burger (or go for the breakfast all day burger, heard it's amazing) and a yummy shake and just enjoy the good company, excellent burgers, and let the smile on your face shine through.

I had the cheese burger with chili-cheese fries and the chocolate 'concrete' shake. At just over $17, I wouldn't call this a 'value meal' of any kind - and to call it a 'fast food joint' wouldn't be accurate either, since I waited over 10 minutes for my meal after ordering at the counter, but I had been warned when ordering that each meal is 'cooked to order' and to expect an 8-10 minute wait. The service was friendly and even enthusiastic and both counter girls said 'sorry for the wait' and one even brought the tray to my table when it came up instead of using the vibrating pager to alert me to go to the pick-up area. The burger was good, made with decent quality beef - and that's exactly what I wanted. The chili cheese fries were tasty, but a bit soft and greasy. The chocolate 'concrete' shake was a delicious sugar bomb of peanut butter and chocolate, more of a dessert than a beverage. I did get a cup for the self-serve water - but it was ridiculously tiny. Over-all, I'm glad to have a decent burger place within walking distance, to fill the urge once in awhile, but only once in awhile.
